Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 CODE CONCERNING DATA PROTECTION
THE PRIVACY POLICY OF THIS SITE
Referring to the art. 13 of the above mentioned legislative decree we INFORM you that the Company Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca processes to those who interact with the web services of the Company personal data belonging to customers, suppliers, collaborators and visitors of its website as well as to all those who freely and directly communicated, their personal data per telephone, per fax, per email or chat.. PROCESSING MODE Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to reach to reach the purposes for which they have been gathered. Specific safety measures are followed in order to prevent data loss, unlawful and incorrect use as well as unauthorized access. Withdrawal from the contract
1.According to art 5 of the legal decree (DL) 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchasing contract for whatever reason, without living any explanation, and without paying any penalty. 2.In order to exercise this right, customer will inform Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca about his withdrawal within 10 working days from date of receipt of the goods. This notification is to be sent to: Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca Via Nicolò Rembado 251 17020-Tovo San Giacomo ( SV )
through a registered letter with return receipt or by wire or by fax (always within the above mentioned time-limit of ten working days) followed by a registered letter with return receipt. After receiving the withdrawal notification, our Customer Service will notify the customer about the directions for returning the goods, which are to come to our warehouse within the above mentioned time-limit of 10 days from the date of the authorization. 3The withdrawal is subject to the following conditions: The withdrawal concerns the whole product: it is not allowed to withdraw from only one part of the purchased goods. - According to the law the expenses to return the goods are to be charged to customer. -Returned goods is completely on customer’s own responsibility until note of receiving the goods in our warehouse. - If the goods is damaged during transport Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca will inform customer of the matter (within 5 working days from receiving the goods in its warehouse)), in order to enable customer to lodge a complaint against the carrier in charge of transport of the goods and to get a refund on the value of the goods (if goods are insured). In the event of damaged returned goods, goods shall be at customer’s disposal to be returned to him and the withdraw shall be revoked; - Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca is in no way responsible for theft or loss of returned goods with unensured forwarding; 4Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca will pay back to customer the entire amount that has been already paid, within 30 days and by Bank Transfer. Customer shall therefore provide his bank details (IBAN Code, current account of invoice head) according to which Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca shall pay him back. 5. The right to withdraw from contract forfeits completely when goods are damaged (damaged packaging and/or damaged contents) if Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca ascertains: -that the external packaging and/or the wrapping containing the purchased goods are missing - that goods have been damaged for other causes rather than transport. By forfeiture of the right to withdraw from contract Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca will return the purchased goods to sender and will charge him with shipping costs.
