The farm "Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca", hereinafter referred to as Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca, has its registered office in via Nicolo' Rembado 251, Tovo San Giacomo ( SV ), P.Iva (accountancy Vat number) 01181120096, and is proprietor of the website www.vivaigambetta.it.

A. Acceptance of general terms and conditions of sales
a.1. The contract between the farm 'Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca and customer is to be understood as closed with the acceptance, even with the partial acceptance, of the order by the farm Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca. In the absence of any other communication to the customer by Azienda Agricola Gambetta, the acceptance of the order is to be understood as tacit (obvious). By placing an order according to the available terms , the customer acknowledges having read all the instructions which have been given to him during the purchase procedure. c.2 Payment by Credit Card
By payment by Credit Card in case of an online contract, the entrust Bank shall authorize only the appropriation of the amount due for the purchased goods. The Customer's Credit Card shall be charged with the amount due for the delivered goods, also partially, only by notification by carrier to Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca , that the ordered goods have been delivered. Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca retains for itself the right to ask for additional information (e.g. land line number) or the forwarding of a copy of the documents attesting the purchaser's ownership of the credit card that the purchaser is using. If the requested documents are not available, Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca retains for itself the right to reject the order.
During the purchasing procedure Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca shall never be able to know information about customer's credit card; such information is to be passed on directly, using secure link, to the banking institution that is carrying out the transaction. D. Invoicing
For orders placed by private individuals and by VAT holders invoice will be emailed after delivery, in accordance with art 14 of the Presidential Decree Number 445/2000 and in accordance with the Legislative Decree 52/2004.
For the invoicing is hold as valid the information provided by customer by placing the order. After the issue of the invoice no change will be possible.

e.2. Enforceable Law
The sale contract between customer and Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca is closed in Italy and it is governed by the Italian Law.
By civil and legal disputes arising from the conclusion of the contract of distance sale, if customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction belongs to the reference court of the Municipality where he resides. In all other cases the venue belongs solely to the court of Savona.
G. Forwarding and Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are to be charged to Customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. Customer has to pay nothing more than the total amount of the order.
Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca is in no way to be hold as responsible in case of delay in carrying out an order or in delivering the ordered goods.
Purchased goods is to be delivered at street level but:
1) by different communication from our Customer Service
2) by different data sheet specifications for the goods
3)the explicit term of delivery to a specified floor at your address.
At delivery of the goods by carrier, Customer has to check:
1) that the number of the delivered packages coincides with what stated in the transport document emailed in advance;
2) that the packaging and the sealing material (scotch or metal strapping) are intact, undamaged, not wet and not touched in any way.
Any possible damage to goods and/or packaging or the not-correspondence between number of packages or instructions are to be notified immediately by writing WITH CONTROL RESERVATION on the package and on the delivery document of carrier. After signing carrier's document Customer shall not be entitled to any complaints about the external features of what has been delivered.
Any possible problem about the integrity, the correspondence or the quantity of the received goods is to be notified within 7 days starting from date of delivery and according to the terms stated in this document.
If the carrier fails repeatedly to deliver goods to the address provided by customer when placing the order, Customer is to collect the goods stored in carrier's warehouse within 5 working days starting from beginning of stoppage of the goods. After 5 days the ordered goods are to be sent back to the warehouse of Azienda Agricola Gambetta Gian Luca.
